Walter Harkness sent The Juructer and Stacy to give Torchwood-Core's biggest backer's all of the work put in for their investigations over the years. The Juructer was giving Kal-Pac everything about every investigation he has done. Kal-Pac is a luxx family foundation that's mission is to regain lost family members and if they are found alive bring them back home and if dead offers of condolences to said grieving family.
